When You Find Yourself in Times of Trouble
Day Treatment Site
DCS Intensive Day Treatment Program focuses on two categories. For children, age three to seven with behavioral problems DCS has created an environment that is conducive to promoting age-appropriate socialization skills and behavioral management. Children learn best in a stimulating but caring environment and our experienced, professional staff work with the entire family to identify goals and create an individualized curriculum for each child. DCS program methods are chosen from research-based, best practice methods aimed at helping even the most challenging children to advance in the program.
On skill development and behavioral change for children from ages 8-18. The program emphasizes both group and individual experiences using best practice methods tailored for children and adolescents. Activities include specialized recreational activities, therapeutic arts, music, and hands-on computer learning. Participants learn positive social interaction, problem-solving, communication, and self-regulation to maximize their potential and develop the skills needed to improve performance and behavior in the home, school, and community.
Individual, Group, and Family Counseling
Diversified Community Services, CDC exists to help individuals and families. Our team includes the following:
APRNs (advanced practice registered nurses)
Mental Health Counselors
Psychosocial Rehabilitative Provider
Basic Skills Training Provider
Independent Living Skills Provider
Youth Service Providers
They each provide assessment, crisis intervention, and supportive counseling for all community members in crisis.
Medication Management & Primary Care
This specialized service is maintained by a team of supportive and well-trained nursing staff who are ready to help you with your medication management. This service is open to community members of ages 13+ that do not have a primary care physician.
Veteran's Family Services & Referral Resources
This service is geared towards veterans and their families who are in the process of healing from trauma, PTSD, family separation, or any other crisis. Every Christmas we provide "Toys4VetsKids" as a staple program within Northern Las Vegas. We provide one-time bus passes for veterans who have obtained employment but lack transportation. We also provide veterans with interview attire when applying for a job. We have a flagship Non-Profit 501c3 called, The America Project-Nevada, click here to learn more.
Counseling & Mental Health
Our clinical staff includes a Psychiatrist, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor, and Licensed Professional Counselors. Together they possess a wide range of experience and expertise in the treatment of mental and behavioral health problems including:
Reactive Attachment Disorder

Anxiety and Obsessive
Intermittent Explosive Disorder
Impulse Control Disorders
This specialized service is maintained by a team of supportive and well-trained staff who are ready to help you with anything you need. This is often utilized by people in crisis or when there is a threat of danger. This service is open to community members of any age and gender. For immediate attention please Dial 911.

Regina K. Rhodes MSW, LSW who serves as the CEO of Diversified Community Services, CDC.
She was born in Topeka, Kansas and she traveled with her mother and father who was in the United States Air Force. Regina Rhodes moved to Las Vegas, Nevada as a teenager where she has remained for the past 40+ years.
She completed her undergraduate studies in Social Work and graduated from Arizona State University in 2000. Dr. Rhodes later finished her Masters of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (Administration) in 2008. In November 2011 Dr. Rhodes started a 501-c non-profit agency Diversified Community Services, CDC.
DCS was founded in 2011 by a local military family. The family experienced the effects of having a loved one suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Major Depression, and Alcohol Abuse. Diversified Community Services lays the foundation for an organization dedicated to providing mental health and behavioral health services to North Las Vegas and the larger Las Vegas Valley. Serving the community including veterans and their families, has been a life-long passion and thus, Diversified Community Services continues to grow and serve the community with passion, integrity, and purpose.
Outside of her duties at DCS she devoted to her family. She has been the Associate Pastor at New Antioch Christian Fellowship for the past nineteen years. She is now the Senior Pastor of Transformed for Destiny Global Ministries.
